At EBY, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all eligible fashion items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
